We at the Monument Blizzard are happy to announce a Football Scholarship for 2018!!! Our mission is to ensure that any athlete that has the will and desire to play football is not limited because of financial reasons!

We have two distinct programs:

 1) Registration assistance- up to $150 off the cost of registration.

2) Riddell Grant Equipment loan- This equipment will be loaned to the athlete for the season and returned once the final game of 2018 is complete. Up to a $1000 value depending on size/type of helmet/shoulder pads!!!

 

If you would like your athlete to be considered, please download the Scholarship Application Form below and follow the directions on the form. Please do not wait until closer to the season, as these will be distributed on a first come-first served basis!!!
